Moon Blossom

The moonlit night

like a white blossom in the garden

shines in a silvery light

the night seems young again

and so does the world

on moonlit nights the moments of my life

like silver raindrops drip

or shine like early morning dew

everything like new

and still hidden is the stone

that holds all knowledge

deep inside

cliffs that let birches

grow clinging to their sides

seeking moisture

that comes with every rainfall

and gleaming when frozen

in the wintertime

come alive again in the spring

come mountain goats

looking for tender new blossoms

over the cliffs they go

drinking from the streams

that now freely flow

miracles tend to happen

nature makes it so

it lets wonders begin

when the moon is full and bright

it lets cliffs come alive

and it makes life

seem vibrant and new
